The Little Dragons is a martial arts program specifically designed for children ages three and up. This program focuses on improving your childs listening and motor skills. These skills will help them enter society with more confidence and enthusiasm. There are eight major skills our instructors focus on when training children ages three and up, those skills are: Focus, Control, Balance, Teamwork, Memory, Discipline, Coordination and Fitness. Each stripe belt covers one of these skills with a wide variety of activities that are fun and at the same time educational. All skills are taught in a safe and supervised environment.

We believe the time between the ages of 4 and 6 are the most important years in a child's development and "Play is my life" is the theme for all our classes which are designed to enhance positive development in a fun and motivating way. These skills will help them enter society with a more confident and enthusiastic outlook. They will become better students at school, better listeners at home and more ambitious towards the future.
Today's martial arts training teaches more than just self defense. It builds confidence, focus and concentration, respect, self control and helps your child prepare for the challenges they'll face the rest of their lives and ready for the upcoming road ahead in school.
